I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. One of the main reasons I chose this place was convenience, but it turned out they do not have any parking facility at all, which was not clearly communicated during booking. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress during my stay. Additionally, the staff behavior was not professional or helpful. Whenever I tried to ask for assistance or clarification, the response was rude and uncooperative. Good customer service is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, this hotel failed badly in that aspect. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with a vehicle or expect courteous service.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, there was absolutely no parking available, which made things extremely inconvenient from the moment I arrived. For a place that claims to offer decent facilities, this is a basic necessity that was completely ignored. On top of that, everything felt overpriced. From the room charges to even the smallest services, it seemed like they were constantly trying to overcharge guests without offering anything close to value in return. What shocked me the most was the lack of basic amenities—there wasn’t even an ironing service available. For a hotel, especially one charging these kinds of rates, that’s just unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Poor facilities, unreasonable pricing, and lack of essential services made this a frustrating experience.
